What We Do

Commercial Office Space

The business office is 2,880sq feet, fully furnished with reception area, eight private offices, conference room, IT/server room, fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, and more.

Shop Facilities

6,200sq ft. steel framed shop on a concrete slab w/ 16’ insulated walls, 3 roll up doors, one entry door, equipped with vehicle lift, welding equipment, air compressor and shelving.

Equipment Lease

A shop lease can also incorporate access to equipment like the case backhoe/loader, shop forklift, welding equipment, 750sq ft. concrete sump wash bay, and more.

Agricultural Land

5.45 acres north of the business is available for lease for farming or other commercial/industrial use.

Transportation & Logistics

With over 40 years combined experience, we also provide turn-key services including admin support, transportation, and logistics.
